My Counselling Approach
With over 7 years of clinical experience, I’m passionate about creating a space where you can feel fully seen, understood, and supported, no matter where you’re coming from.
In my training, I’ve explored different therapeutic approaches like Humanistic counselling, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Narrative Therapy.
Over time, I’ve found myself drawn more to relational and depth-oriented models of therapy. This means I’m not just interested in offering techniques but in working with you on a deeper, more meaningful level—through relationship, reflection, and personal growth. I continue to engage in supervision and my own therapy with psychodynamic practitioners to keep deepening my understanding.

I believe strongly in working from an anti-oppressive and anti-imperialist perspective, acknowledging the wider systems and structures that affect our well-being. My hope is to support your healing in a way that feels empowering and grounded in the reality of your life, with compassion and without judgment.
Most of my work is with individuals aged 16-45, helping them navigate the complexities of:

-
relational trauma, parentification, and the impact of complex trauma.
-
exploring our relationship with work and productivity—especially in a world that often demands so much from us.
-
neurodivergence in adulthood
-
parents who are seeking a gentler, more mindful approach to parenting, where there’s room for their own needs too.
